Registration

March 10, 2017. The registration server is closed.

On-line registration and payment is handled via the IACR registration form. To use this form you will need your IACR reference number and password. If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference/workshop), enter your details and you will receive an IACR reference number after registration and payment. Each IACR reference number should correspond to a unique email address. You can pay on-line with a credit card (you will receive detailed instructions).

Registration Fees

Early bird (until February 9)	US$ 480 (Conference Fee) + US$ 50 (IACR Fee)
Student (until February 9)	US$ 240 (Conference Fee) + US$ 25 (IACR Fee)
Additional late registration fee (after February 9)	US$ 100

If you have already registered for an IACR conference/workshop in 2017, the registration fee will be reduced (by US$ 50 for regular attendees and US$ 25 for students).

Registration includes all sessions, welcome reception (Sunday evening), conference dinner, and all coffee breaks and lunches. FSE 2017 does not have the printed/online proceedings. Accepted papers are available here as the journal papers in the IACR Transactions on Symmetric Cryptology. Please choose 0 copies ($ 0) for the number of printed proceedings in the registration page.

Accompanying person fee includes social functions: welcome reception (Sunday evening) and conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by February 9, 2017 are entitled to a full refund less US$ 50 to cover fixed costs for the conference. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued after February 9, 2017.

Student Stipends

Thanks to the IACR Cryptography Research Fund for Students, students who present their own paper at FSE 2017 can have their registration fee waived. Please contact the general co-chairs about it before registering and by February 3, 2017.

Also, a limited number of stipends are available to students. To apply for a stipend, send a motivated application to the general co-chairs by February 3, 2017. The applicants are encouraged to request their advisor or department chair to send a brief justification to support the application.
